At BDS Suspension, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
